Welcome to Austin Timber Ridge Treehouse! Tucked away among the trees of Lake Hills, this tri-level modern property is west of Austin in the quiet, wooded Cuernavaca neighborhood of Westridge Estates. Located midway between Lake Travis to the west and Downtown Austin to the east, the space is perfect getaway for any group! Visit local restaurants and shops or enjoy a short walk in the neighborhood!
This three-story residence offers an expansive 3,500 square feet of living area, featuring four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests.
You’ll enter the house through the lower-level door or take the bridge into the main front door leading into the open and bright main level great room, holding living room, kitchen, and dining area.
Living Room: The living room boasts contemporary furnishings, featuring comfortable sofa seating and a distinctive accent chair, along with a smart TV for your entertainment (please note that the fireplace is decorative only). Enjoy easy access to the upper deck, where you can fully appreciate the stunning views through the expansive wall of floor-to-ceiling windows.
Kitchen: The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, featuring a gas stovetop and a handy wine fridge. It boasts generous granite countertop space, and the convenient kitchen bar provides seating for up to six guests.
Dining area: This area offers a table with seating for six.

Master Bedroom (3rd level) —King size bed, 65” Smart TV, walk in closet and a private patio with seating. The private bathroom offers double sinks and a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2 (2nd/main level) — Queen bed and private half bathroom. Access to private patio with seating.
Bedroom 3 (1st level) — Queen bed, 55” Smart TV and access to lower-level patio. Access to shared full bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 4 (1st level) — Queen bed, 55” Smart TV and access to lower-level patio. Access to shared full bathroom with shower.

Ample outdoor spaces feature several private patios, perfect for enjoying the fresh air.
