Welcome to Dripping Springs Silver Creek Condo Holmes A, a contemporary condo nestled in the picturesque Hill Country of Texas! Whether you're here for a wedding or just looking for a serene weekend getaway, these condos offer the ideal spot for a restful retreat. Located within the secure corporate campus of HHS, the condos are set apart from the office, which is closed over the weekend, ensuring a quiet and private stay. Situated centrally off Fitzhugh Road, this location is conveniently nestled between Dripping Springs, Bee Cave, and Austin, providing easy access to the Texas Wine Trail's wineries, restaurants, breweries, and distilleries.
This first floor cozy condo spans 812 square feet and offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.
Guests enter the property through a shared main entrance, which brings them to the private front door of the condo. Once inside, they are greeted by an open floorplan of the main living area that seamlessly integrates the living room, dining room, and kitchen spaces.
Living Room: Unwind in the comfortable ambiance of our living room, featuring sofa seating, accent chairs, and a Smart TV.
Kitchenette: The kitchenette includes a full-size fridge, stove top, microwave, toaster oven and fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. Please note, there is no oven or dishwasher in the unit. Bar top seating for two.
Dining Area: Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for 4.
