Nestled within the secure HHS corporate campus, the condos are separate from the office, which remains closed during weekends, guaranteeing a quiet and private experience. Centrally located off Fitzhugh Road, you'll find this spot conveniently positioned between Dripping Springs, Bee Cave, and Austin, offering easy access to wineries, restaurants, breweries, and distilleries along the Texas Wine Trail.
This charming first-floor condo, measuring 812 square feet, includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can comfortably host up to 4 guests.
Guests enter the property through a communal main entrance, leading them to the private front door of the condo. Inside, they are welcomed by an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen areas.
Living Room: Relax in the inviting atmosphere of our living room, complete with cozy sofa seating, stylish accent chairs, and a Smart TV.
Kitchenette: The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size fridge, stove top, microwave, and toaster oven, along with all the essentials for preparing a tasty meal. Please keep in mind that the unit does not include an oven or a dishwasher. There is bar top seating available for two people.
