Situated within the secure HHS corporate campus, they offer privacy and tranquility since the office is closed on weekends. Conveniently located off Fitzhugh Road, you'll find yourself a short drive from Dripping Springs, Bee Cave, and Austin. This prime location grants easy access to a variety of wineries, restaurants, breweries, and distilleries along the renowned Texas Wine Trail.
This delightful second-floor condo spans 1400 square feet, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
Guests enter the property through a shared main entrance, leading them to the condo's private front door. Inside, they are greeted by an open floor plan that seamlessly integrates the living room, dining room, and kitchen areas.
Living Room: Unwind in the cozy ambiance of our living room, complete with inviting sofa seating, chic accent chairs, and a Smart TV.
Kitchenette: The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove top, microwave, and toaster oven, along with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Please keep in mind that the unit does not include an oven or a dishwasher. There is bar top seating available for two people.
Dining Area: Share meals together at the dining table with seating for 4.
