Texas Hill Country Olive Co is located on a vast 15-acre farm here in Dripping Springs. Get a chance to see how their award-winning olive oil and balsamic vinegar is made with the walking tour. You will be shown around the facility where you can see the different types of olive trees that create their product. The tour guide will explain all about their harvesting practices. Walking tours are available Tuesday through Sunday and start at 11:00 AM; additional tours are also available on Fridays and Saturdays. The tours cost $8-$10 per person and is proximately 30-45 minutes in length.
Tasting Tour
Seeing the beautiful farm where the olive oil is produced is one thing but trying it out is another. You can taste the incredible olive oil and balsamic vinegar when you book a tasting tour. You will be given a variety of different oils to try out. This is a great way to try before you buy. The onsite bistro gives you plenty of food to pair with your tasting.
