Treaty Oak Distilling is located at 16604 Fitzhugh Road in Dripping Springs and first opened its doors to the public in 2006. Inspired and created by owner and West Texas native Daniel Barnes, the Treaty Oak Distillery was only the 4th of its kind when it first opened. Today, it’s popularity and versatility have only grown as beverage enthusiasts find that the combination of warm and welcoming ambiance, interesting flavor options, and of course, the fun, making Treaty Oak Distilling Dripping Springs a great place to be with each and every Dripping Springs visit. Named after a 500-year-old oak tree in Austin where the original borders of Texas were once established, Barnes moved his original distillery location from Austin to Dripping Springs in 2016. While the tasting room is definitely a highlight of a visit to Treaty Oak, this stop is also unique in that it welcomes canine companions to come to enjoy time savoring the flavors alongside their humans on the spacious outdoor patio.
