A large group of friends made big plans to all converge on the Quit N Time Ranch. We could not have picked a better place. No hotel would have had this vibe and feel. I hope the Quit N Time Ranch is available the next time we do this. The pool became the hangout to beat the Texas heat and was large enough to allow all of us to be in one place. Occasionally, a few would peel off to go hit the putting range or show how great (bad) we are at golf by trying the pitch it onto one of the greens. The life-size chessboard was put to good use

Very pleasantly surprised at how nice and well kept the property was. Beautiful views from front and back and the rooms were all big. Loved the tropical backyard with pool, spa, and games. I will come back for sure!

We reserved this home for a family get together recently and it completely exceeded our expectations! The house is incredibly clean and well organized. It’s hard to say what was the favorite part. The mini-golf course was a lot of fun, the pool is beautiful and the media room was a huge hit! The property feels very private but is extremely close to all of the different attractions Dripping Springs has to offer. It is a perfect home for young and old and I cannot recommend this property highly enough. We will definitely be back!

What a stunning property! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the 12 of us to spread out in. There is every activity imaginable on the property, and everything is well-labeled and easy to find. There is great care taken to ensure that most, if not all essentials are there, and we got a great walkthrough of how to operate different aspects of the house. The house and the amenities are absolutely stunning and there are great grocery stores, gas stations, drug stores, and more right around the corner. This really was one of the most beautiful and well-cared for properties I have seen, and the amenities were just incredible. Cannot wait for a return trip here!
