From the lovely half-circle driveway or carport, you will enter the home through the front door, stepping right into the great room with the living room and kitchen — all accented by polished cement floors.
Living Room: The living room offers contemporary furnishings including a Nutuzzi leather sectional sofa (reclines on one side), a recliner chair and a 65” Smart TV.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen delivers all the appliances you’ll need for creating delicious meals and the convenient kitchen bar offers seating for three.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom —King size bed, blackout curtains, the private bathroom has a tile/glass shower and access to outdoor area.
Bedrooms 2 — King bed, blackout curtains, 55” Smart TV, and a desk.
The shared full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.
Outdoor/Patio Areas:
Enjoy the covered back patio offering cushioned sofas and chairs. You’ll be able to grill your favorites on the Camp Chef flat top grill. There’s a Smart TV where you can enjoy your favorite programs while enjoying the fresh air.
